[FR] Order of pictures #11

Now it seems the pictures are always shown starting from the newest one,

Would it be possible to have the option of sorting them in the other direction?

Yes, I can add that in a next release, together with Album sorting.

It is not clear to me how the photos inside the albums are sorted. They appear in a different order than displayed in my windows 11 edge browser. The photos in your app appear consistent with my windows 11 browser but not the albums. It would be great if the photos within an album can be sorted by date taken, name, or maybe file created. Then ascending or descending. Then the slideshow can be presented in the order best suited for the slideshow.

I just pushed update 1.23 to the play store which contains the following sorting options: Album: Alphabetically or Last Updated Photos: Newest - Oldest, Oldest - Newest or Alphabetically (name of item).

Both sorting options also have a "reverse" option. To for example show it from Z-A instead of A-Z
