doccomments2ghpages.awk has wrong path to source file #13

On a page like this: https://giellalt.github.io/lang-sma/src-fst-affixes-nouns.lexc.html, the link at the very bottom points to the wrong level of the dir hierarchy, it seems to be pointing one level too high (skipping the branch level in the URL).

Also, the repository path can now be dynamically built from env. information, as seen in am-shared/docs-dir-include.am.
