Updating the keyboard (and speller) for Android devices #17

Currently, the version of the crk mobile keyboard and speller that is available on Google Play is still v.0.2.0 (build #80). Getting this updated manually seems to be taking a lot longer than on the iOS side, so perhaps some manual invocation is needed?
