After move the urj-Cyrl-kpv-conversion.pl script does not convert #1

Conversions are present here src/scripts/urj-Cyrl-kpv-conversion.pl but the analyzer does not see it.

The scripts dir needs to be moved into the fst dir.

this script is not used anywhere but also doesn't work:

$ perl src/scripts/urj-Cyrl-kpv-conversion.pl 
Global symbol "$line" requires explicit package name (did you forget to declare "my $line"?) at src/scripts/urj-Cyrl-kpv-conversion.pl line 82.
Execution of src/scripts/urj-Cyrl-kpv-conversion.pl aborted due to compilation errors.

This should be analogous to
