Biret cannot read arabic numerals on Windows #2

To repeat: Choose Biret in the help-for-disabled menu (where she is), find 1234 or 12.12. or whatever numberals in a sentence or alone, and leat Biret read is. Biret is silent, reads the rest but skips the numerals.
