Give suggested hits when there are no search results at all #19

Instead of showing just a blank page about "no hits", show a list of the 5 most relevant or closest words from the dictionary.

I just got feedback from a user of saan that also wanted this. Such a feature is especially relevant for a language where it can be difficult to hear the difference between â and õ, or whether a palatalization mark (ʹ) should be present. (And I guess the same applies for a/á in North Saami and probably others in other languages)
