Allow item descriptions to be collapsed/expanded on monster sheet #37

Items should be displayed in a slimline format and expanded/collapsed when clicked. Should also add descriptions to spells/equipment so all details can be viewed on the main sheet.

Fixed in v1.0.0. Items can now be expanded/collapsed.
