It looks like the three buttons for each action (Send to Chat, Edit, Delete) are drawn to the right of the Action name on the sheet, and are crowded off the side of the screen if that name is sufficiently long. An example of this is the compendium-provided "(Uncommon) Ranged Special Area Attack, Strong" action. I have posted an image of the behavior here. Additionally, the same issue occurs in the pop-out sidebar, so an action cannot be deleted there either.
I am running Foundry 0.8.8, and have no modules installed other than this one.
