Depends on https://github.com/opi99/VersionControl_SVN as pull request isn't in 
https://github.com/pear/VersionControl_SVN yet.

After this I'll try that a new version of VersionControl_SVN will be released.

When I try to install Xinc I get the following message:

server1 jorrit # pear install Xinc/xinc-alpha
xinc/Xinc requires package "pear/VersionControl_SVN" (version >= 0.5.0), 
installed version is 0.4.0

There is no VersionControl_SVN 0.5.0 version. Is this requirement in the 
package spec file because you're waiting for bug 19388 to be released?

This requirement is set, so you can see that it won't work with the latest 
released 0.4.0 of PEAR::VersionControl_SVN.

There will be a 0.5.0 Version in next time. The complete VersionControl_SVN 
package was redesigned from me.
