SVN remote version number from path in svn #242

The SVN Plugin gets the version number of the remote repository, but it may be 
that a remote repository path is given. So we need to check latest remote 
revision in path.
Else we try infinitly checkout SVN (which breaks as there is no log between the 
revisions for the path).
