struts2-jquery-grid #1015

since new version of struts2-jquery-grid released. I was expected that som 
features that was misssed in previous version, are solved now.

but whatever i require, not implemented yet.

struts2-jquery-grid provids grouping of columns but not provide summaryType and 
summaryTpl attributes of grid columns, which are already in jqgrid.

please consider this issue and solve.

Please don't create Issues in such a genera level.
Please create for each missing feature or bug a seperate Issue.

If you like to help just provide a patch for each Issue. :-)
