Add function is not working #1074

I am currently using version of struts2-jquery-grid-plugin & 
struts2-jquery-plugin 3.3.1 in one of my project. I am able to Edit as well 
delete my record but when I fill all the details in the pop up window and click 
on Submit button it's not calling the Action class!!!.

Attaching the JSP which i have. Please provide me the solution since it's wired 
that Edit & Delete both are using as expected.

Struts version 2.3.3.

Do you have ever tried an up to date version of Struts2 and Struts2 jQuery 
Plugin?
