Add support of columnChooser method in grid plugin #796

The original setColumn method in jqgrid prior to version 4.0 is now replaced by 
columnChooser method. Please update the plugin to support this feature.

It would be more handy if it can be achieved by adding an new option so the 
plugin will directly add a button in the navigator associating with this 
feature.

Which struts2-jquery plugin version?
