Struts2 jquery plugins are not working #947

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. jquery plugins are not working..
2.i used jquery plugin 3.3.3 and jquery-grid 3.3.3.it was worked well till 
yesterday night. but today morning onwards its showing jasper exception error. 
and i trace log. it showed like --> Unable to load configuration. - Class: 
sun.net.www.protocol.http.HttpURLConnection
File: HttpURLConnection.java
Method: getInputStream
Line: 1613 - sun/net/www/protocol/http/HttpURLConnection.java:1613:-1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want use jquery plugins in struts2 without problem

Which struts2 version?

struts2.2.3
Which struts2-jquery plugin version?
struts2-jquery-grid-plugin-3.3.3
struts2-jquery-plugin-3.3.3

Are you sure this is a Problem of Struts2 jQuery Plugin? Does it works with 
latest s2j version?
