localization for struts2-Jquery doesn't work

I want to make  localization for struts2-Jquery.I make localization <sj:head 
locale="ar" />  “ar” refer to Arabic language but I doesn’t work ,grid 
paging give English number and datepicker give English months and days and 
number .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Arabic Number for grid and Arabic Months ,Arabic days

Which struts2 version?
• struts2-core-2.3.1.2.jar

Which struts2-jquery plugin version?

• struts2-jquery-plugin-3.3.0 
• struts2-jquery-grid-plugin-3.3.0

Please provide any additional information below.

I just try it with locale="ar" and the datepicker is working well for me.
This means the month and other stuff is displayed in a language that looks like 
arabic for me. :-)

Can you please try with latest version 3.5.1. Maybe this is an already solved 
Bug?
