when upgrading versions jquery.subscribe.min.js is cached from old version

We recently upgraded to version 3.5.1.
All javascript file references rendered by struts2-jquery head tag have version 
numbers within the filename apart from jquery.subscribe.min.js. These other 
files are reloaded after upgrade but subscribe.min file is reloaded from users 
cache. This is causing javascript errors when submitting forms via ajax and can 
only be fixed by a cache refresh. 

Please see screen shot showing list of script references rendered by head tag.

Can the url for jquery.subscribe.min.js have the version number appended or 
added to the filename?
