[question] is it possible to disable the page turn buttons, and perhaps enable them conditionally, to have a more 'tree like' book #119

title is fairly descriptive, I would like to be able to disable the page turn buttons at the start and end of chapters, as well as at the chapter select pages, so that the book doesn't feel so linear.

At the moment, no, but I could make an option for it I suppose.
