add RDF links to all GSC concepts in attributes table #169

all GSC terms in the attributes table should be linked to their RDF URLs at the gensc.org : http://gensc.org/ns/mixs/ e.g. collection_date http://gensc.org/ns/mixs/collection_date These links could then be used to get updates to the descriptions on a regular basis. Could the mixs list of terms at the above address be used to keep the attributes database upto date with new terms?

no longer correct as the GSC have changed the PID links. Plus I dont think we want to pull new descriptions of things directly from an external source.
