remove linkout to "Dimensions"

As a website user
I want to not see Dimension paywall when navigating gigadb dataset pages So that I can be productive when visiting GigaDB

Given I am on a public dataset page When scroll to the metrics links area Then I do NOT see the link to the Dimensions metrics website

We should remove the link to Dimensions as they are no longer free and easily accessible, you have to have a logged in account to view the metrics.
