Pull request for issue: #2074

This is a pull request for the following functionalities:

In contact page http://gigadb.gigasciencejournal.com/site/contact

fixed the URL website
added hyperlinks where it makes sense
added small margin to icons to look centered with the text

Any changes to automated tests?
