Attached (submission-wizard-mockup.pptx) is the mockup of how the submission wizard should behave and function, it combines a lot of other github issues and is the main thrust of the work in the github project 3.

Those slides include the option to provide all the metadata via an Excel spreadsheet that would be sent to the curators, I think this is somethign we want to move away from now, so there will need to be some adjustments to slides 2 & 3 to remove that option. This also has not taken into consideration the alternative scenario where we import alot of those details directly from RVT (manuscript submission system) instead of making authors input them here. Ideally we would be able to import to pre-populate many of the fields for the author, and just ask them to check and update as they go through the wizard.
