OAI-PMH harvestability improvements #305

User Story

As site administrator I want GigaDB dataset pages to validate against BASE OAI-PMH Validator So that GigaDB can be interoperable with other databases

Are we able to make sure our data is OAI-PMH harvestable, as if you test it with the OAI-PMH validation tool we get lots of errors? See: http://oval.base-search.net/

OAI-PMH has been added to the product backlog. It's a pretty low priority, but it's also a fairly easy win. It may be something that we need to do in order to be able to show CTS that we actually adhere to at least one community standard. Currently, we use the DataCite schema, but that's not a "community standard", all our other standards e.g. GSC, are not at the dataset level and we only use them as guidance or recommendations.
