User Story

As a curator, I want the dataset type data model in GigaDB to accomodate the SRAO Slim model of classifications So that we have standardised types

Acceptance criteria

Given there is SRAO data model When we update the dataset type model in GigaDB Then the hierarchical terms from SRAO Slim can be saved in the database

Additional Infos

use SRAO Slim (also used by RVT) classification and be dynamic.

the SRAO link at EBI is the complete SRAO , the "slim" we want to use is given in this spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1shH-QK-UT9HD88ysWFHVq5xUenxAmcbg/edit#gid=127246064 As of 30-June-2022 the list of acceptable Dataset Types consists of 88 Terms, of which; 13 are primary level and 75 are secondary level We can discuss utility of the hierarchy of terms more, but its primary use would be in the display for selection of terms to be able to split the list down into smaller sets of choices rather than 1 big list of options.
