Doesn't work on IE 7 #40

What steps reproduce the problem?
Just use the lib and test your page in IE7, there is no error in the debug 
console but the cookie is not set/get

What is the expected result of the above steps?  What do you see instead?

What version of the following are you using?
  jQuery: 1.5.1
  cookies:jquery.min-1.5.1.js

What OS/version are you using?
Win 7

In IE9 also don't work get/set methods.
