httponly #41

Hi,

Is it possible, or can it be, to have "httponly" as an option to set against a 
cookie?

IIRC, I verified that the client-provided "cookie API" does not allow for such 
a flag on a  cookie set by script. It's a little odd to want such a 
thing--though I recognize one might have valid need for it, which is why I 
researched it previously. If you find a source of info which contradicts this, 
please pass it on to me and I'll consider the matter some more.
