Xcode 8 issue #4

Hi, Just wondering if this has been tested using xcode 8. I'm just playing around with it. I've setup the iZettle sdk and installed the plugin but the init call isn't firing with my app id. Very likely its me doing doing something wrong but thought id ask

@duncanmckerracher I am just considering different alternatives for a POS system. Did you get it work and does it still work with latest cordova and iOS?
