Remove codes that checks whether the WebSocket or the transport is available #42

If a stream options can't meet requirements to establish a connection, for 
example a WebSocket stream with a browser not implementing WebSocket or a HTTP 
stream with undefined transport, an error will be thrown instead of returning 
base stream object.
