Automatic detection of data integrity maintenance after a data migration #28

Add a new module, focused on testing, that checks if a Cassandra database maintain data integrity, comparing it with a SQL database that stores the same data, but in a normalized model instead of the denormalized from Cassandra.

@suarezgpablo Don't forget to complete the migration #21, as this new module will require a separate job with different setup (an additional RDB)
