Create an artifact with all surefire reports, pit report and a single junit html report. Publish to GitHub Pages with a link from the readme

@ClaudiodelaRiva @cabaluniovi FYI:

The additional report job generates an artifact test-report-ALL with test logs, surefire results, junit test and pit reports from all jobs
When some test fails, the junit html reports link the failure to the html diff file generated by the Visual Assert assertions
Added badges at the top of the readme to view online the html reports (junit and pit) of last run (ensure that you are viewing last run by refreshing the browser)
