Video thumbnail option not supported #12

When using the video: true option, the video thumbnail is not displayed by using the appropriate URL (e.g. http://img.youtube.com/vi/insert-youtube-video-id-here/hqdefault.jpg).

Not going to implement this because there is lots of extra overhead just to support this. Not in the scope of this plugin sorry.
