Using a continuity tester, I verified the mapping between the numbers on the circuit and the ones I have on the plug drawing. It would be great to align them on the official readme.

The actual pin in the unit is 3-3-2 pins (from the top): Here is a drawing I found which show them better. Each row has all the pins in the same height. In the readme file it seems the opposite - 2-3-3 and the pins height in each row is different: Can you verify which pins should I use? Hopefully to use better schematics which is aligned with the actual connector?
