This adds stylelint-config-sass-guidelines as an available plugin.

@gilbarbara Can you point to what needed tests in this change? I'm having the same issue and would like to get this package added. This pull request is a comparable example and it didn't have any tests, so I'm curious what needs to be done to get this merged. Any direction would be great. Thanks!
