Update PICO EDITOR to be compatible with Pico 1.0 #19

This PR rewrites the class using new hooks, and improves upon the code (comments, format, etc...); update readme.md with new path info; update editor.html to reflect new paths, removal of constants, etc...; revamped the login page to match the default style of Pico.
