add nix package #1

packaged using:

nix flake init --template github:nix-community/crate2nix

before merge this build would be available to test as nix run github:KiaraGrouwstra/hullcaster/nix

Hi, thank you for making the first PR on this project @KiaraGrouwstra

I have not used Nix before, but I am aware it is quite popular therefore it should be nice to have a built package. I will test this ASAP and hopefully get it merged!
