Option Request: Auto open saved page after the page is saved #133

I need to check if singlefilez save the page right or not everytime anyway, please add this option.

Unfortunately, it cannot be implemented in SingleFileZ. An alternative would be to use the Annotation editor for this by enabling the option "Annotation editor > annotate the page before saving" in the options page of SingleFileZ.
