Why doesn't this zip data work? #482

The simple test case is below.

kmzB64Data contains a base 64 encoded zip file. If I take this data and from the terminal do:

$ base64 -D -i kmzB64Data.txt > file.zip
$ zip -T file.zip                                                                                                                                                                                             
test of file.zip OK

However, using atob and passing it through BlobReader and ZipReader has the following result:

$ node index.js

As near as I can determine, there is nothing wrong with the zip data. Is this a bug or have I done something wrong?
