This is not a PR, rather a question.

According to opam, the issue tracker for ocaml-gettext is https://github.com/gildor478/ocaml-gettext/issues, however issues have been disabled in this repo. Where should bugs be reported to?

I have reenabled it (it uses to be on forge.ocamlcore.org).
