File Export does not update the file list in a directory #179

File Export does not update the file list in a directory, e.g., one export a 
shape file to a directory, then clears the project and attempts to load the new 
file, it is not listed in the file list for the directory (even though it is 
there) - this is an old one, may even be on the trac list

This issue can't be replicated in mac osx 10.6 and 10.10. 

The file list should be managed by wxWidgets, we don't have any code to control 
what files will be display.

Keep this issue open until we can replicate it.
