Query string parameter #1

I'd like to be able to share something like this and have it load the url:

http://respon.si?url=http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap

Just realized you can sort of already do this using the bookmarklet, which creates this:

http://respon.si/#/http%3A%2F%2Ftwitter.github.com%2Fbootstrap%2F

Yeah, not the easiest way of sharing it though.

I'd like it to be setup as you suggested in the the first comment and also send width, height parameters with it.
