Ip address for subnet is a real IP address and not reserved for local use #81

We should change all the IP addresses of the local network to the range: 192.168.123.0/24 The actual ip 192.169.123.0/24 is a register IP address for Mountain View, California.

Branch Python3.7 now runs totally agnostic of IPs. The platform will run on any subnet.
