Translate GUI #154

Hello. I'd like to translate whole app so it's easier to use by my nation. Is it currently possible? PS. Just discovered this app and it's fantastic. Thank You for developing!

Hi, I would also like to do this, though first and foremost would like to add a new language to the bird list. The latter seems easy enough, but it would be nice to translate the UI too.

@alekksander If either of us (hopefully both) get around to doing this, I would suggest also collaborating on documenting how it's done in the Wiki.
