Pocket retract at stepover. #214

Hello..

When making pocket the tool retract to clearance height every time for nex
steepover. This is not best solution every time. Some tools are very
sensitive to 'drill' into stock and this situation should be avoided. I
think the one checkbox Don't retract at stepover can solve that. So if
checket the tool doesn't move in Z axis when goes to the next stepover. (of
course it should retract at last one)

I belive that ramping goes in same routine.
As woodworking edge cutter is rarely designed to plunge into stock the ramping 
is
needed.
