A DXF file doesn't import into v 0.17.2, but did work fine with v0.15.1 #292

The attached DXF file imported fine into v 0.15.1 and earlier, however it fails 
with no error message when I try to import into v0.17.2.

Try the attached one. I could not open yours in mine until I opened it in QCAD, 
then saved it.

jig parts.DXF imports fine into HeeksCNC 1.0
