Legacy primary identifier in `infopdata` #11

The infopdata table contains a legacy identifier (pinfofileid of the form JEAcakoprtu2002Roo) which acted as the primary key. This must be preserved so that any legacy software or versions of the database can be mapped to the new architecture.
