Review previous PMR code #40

PMR - Review of code 2 years ago. I wrote some code for extracting information from J,E.O.R. I can find some classes for managing EssoilDB data (plant, chemicals...) in old format. However I cant find the extraction code. I think it was simple. I will keep looking but not hopeful and not critical.

The code is in AMI/norma , under applic . It has classes which map onto the current tables fairly well but no readers.
