This issue will describe the current content and metadata of the info_plant table.

Using https://github.com/gilienv/EssOilDB/blob/master/tables/info_plant_22122015.csv Github cannot display this so we have created a subset https://github.com/gilienv/EssOilDB/blob/master/tables/info_plant_100.tsv
