Hi, sorry I am blown away, I just can not remember how to generate the jar file for moleculegen. Did I download it, did I compile it, did I read the README? Is it possible to add a line or two to the readme.md or the the WIKI. This is under Windows 10,8,7. Thank you Tobias

Added some instructions to the README, but will add some more comprehensive instructions on wiki pages or something.
