ValueError: array of sample points is empty #11

If the f0 is very bad, it might happen that no f0 value is detected by REAPER (@simonkingedinburgh)

From now on, for waveforms without any f0 value estimated, the "f0" curve is replaced by a constant value equal to f0_min (60Hz by default).

Funnily, the resulting frequency resolution makes the resynthesis quite understandable, but made it all of noisy/hoarse voice.
