Dirty fix for issue #42 It allows to load empty playlist (possibly unwanted), but do not break the Cumulus. Additionally it fetches first artwork from any track. Empty playlist seen on first position in list.

I was able to reproduce the issue thanks to the information you provided and pushed a fix for it. :+1:

I wasn't too keen on showing an empty playlist — so I've opted to just remove them from your feed / likes.
