Somatic SV for Mate-pair Data #7

Hi, I am interested in detection of Somatic SV's for my tumor (mate-pair data) samples. I would like to know whether I go for a separate run for Tumor and Blood or I can run both the samples in a Tumor/Blood fashion for somatic SV detection using Ulysses.

Any suggestion will be helpful.

Very very sorry for this very late response. You need to run Ulysses twice : one for each sample. I hope you managed to get the results before today…
